Qualifications / Gender from 1 month baby to 80 years old (half,
 foreigners)

 Work types / Advertisement, Magazine, Catalogues, Web, CM, Music Video,
 Promotion Video, show, etc...

 Apply materials / * Resume (3 size - Height, Waist, Hip) * Photo (full
 body
 + bust-up) NOTE: Please attach JPEG format photos of a large size image
 Please make reservation to register at office in Nishiazabu.

 Materials required when you register / * Identification (Passport, Alien
 Registration Card, Drivers license ) * Photo (full body + bust-up) NOTE:

 Registration fee / ￥ 1,000

 In order to prepare a representative composite
 (a photo card which is comprised of several different pictures of a model)
